Normally materials are shipped via UPS ground service. Items which are very small and lightweight will sometimes go via First Class mail.
Lutheran Visuals has a liberal 30 day preview for purchase. You will be billed, but if for some reason the video does not suit your needs, you have 30 days to return same at your expense. We ask that you include a copy of the invoice or order with your return and that you pay the original transportation charges.
